Driver Works under Windows 7!
This is a custom written driver for
windows xp & vista. Tested ok on Win7RC1. Boot to safe mode. Uninstall the driver installed for the adapter. Boot into windows 7 and open device manager. Update the driver manually and restart. If it doesnt work redo everything once more.

Realtek Sound Driver Free Download

ok here is your problem solve the all old p4 user. This is the sound driver of p4 1.5 intel 845 and you can also use this sound driver with any p4 below 1.8 MHZ which was manufacturered under 2001 to until now, but remember here the motherboard must be either intel 845 or intel 850 or below.
